Award winning author Anne Estevis will present her latest book Down Garrapata Road. The book, which focuses on the twilight of an isolated community in South Texas, was named a Finalist in the Texas Institute of Letters Fiction Award, as well as the Silver Award Winner- Book of the Year by ForeWord.
