Festiba 2021 – Learning Language with Museum Text Labels

An account on the processes of translation work in a Museum setting, and the importance of being a bilingual institution in the RGV. The Museum serves a predominantly Hispanic population with intent and aims to preserve and present the heritage of South Texas and Northeastern Mexico, incorporating bilingual exhibits throughout.
