William Kelley Looney
A native of Edinburg, Will was a natural born leader. He enjoyed a deep involvement with the 4-H Club and was elected State president of the organization while at Edinburg High School. At Texas A & M University, he served as president of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. He graduated from Texas A & M with a BBA in Finance and was earning an MBA at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin at the time of his death. He is the son of Cullen and Carol Lynn Looney of Edinburg.

Margaret Montgomery Looney
Margaret Looney was an organizer and board member of the Hidalgo County Historical Museum, today the Museum of South Texas History. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mrs. Looney also helped found the Edinburg Junior Service League, and the Hidalgo County Cotillion Club. She is the wife of Judge J.C. Looney and mother of Margaret Looney McAllen, D’Ette Looney Fowlkes and Cullen Looney.
