The Museum of South Texas History is participating in the 50th Annual Fiesta Edinburg. The community is welcome to enjoy FREE Saturday hours between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and a few activities.
The Fiesta Edinburg parade will end in the Hidalgo County Courthouse Square sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Parade go-ers will then be invited to the south entrance of the museum where a short presentation will be held. After the presentation, the community will be invited to enjoy free chili, sodas and/or water, a photograph display of historic views of downtown Edinburg and a butter churning activity that represents one of the South Texas traditions.
