DAYTIME RENTALS

Available Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ONLY

Courtyard Gallery (1,216 sq. ft) includes large screen for media presentations to businesses, organizations and/or school districts. An optional beverage service is available for a fee of $2.00 per person for a full day or $1.50 per person for a half day and includes water and coffee, both regular and decaffeinated.

    • 100 seats or 150 standing room
    • # of persons x $9.00 or flat fee of $375
    • $50 per hour for extended hours before 8:30 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m.

Classroom (424 sq. ft.)

    • 20 maximum
    • # of persons x $9.00
    • $25 per hour for extended hours before 8:30 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m.

EVENING RENTALS

Available Tuesday – Saturday, 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Grand Lobby (2,658 sq. ft.)

  • 50 or Fewer Persons – $1,000
  • 51-99 Persons – $1,250
  • 100+ Persons – $1,500
  • 140-150 seated max. with space for dancing**
  • 190-200 seated max. with no space for dancing**
  • $100 for one extended hour (12 a.m. – 1 a.m.)

*Hours include setup & cleanup
**Capacity may vary depending on floor plan.

Courtyard Gallery (1,216 sq. ft.)

  • 100 or Fewer Persons $550
  • 100+ Persons $750 (spill over into Annex Lobby, 1,256 sq. ft.)
  • $100 for one extended hour (12 a.m. – 1 a.m.)

Heritage Courtyard (Only north half is currently available due to 1910 Jail renovation)
(Outdoor with access to restrooms)

  • 100 or Fewer Persons – $750
  • 100+ Persons – $1,000
  • 200 Maximum
  • $100 for one extended hour (12 a.m. – 1 a.m.)
  • If renting Heritage Courtyard, there is no additional charge for the Paseo during renovation.

  • 20 Maximum

  • $25 for one extended hour (12 a.m. – 1 a.m.)

  • $50 for one extended hour (12 a.m. – 1 a.m.)

Rent All Spaces (Grand Lobby, Heritage Courtyard & Courtyard Gallery)

  • 500+ Persons – $3,000
  • $200 for one extended hour (12 a.m. – 1 a.m.)

If you are interested in an evening event, it is best to call and make an appointment to view the spaces personally. Tables ($10 per table) and chairs ($1 per chair) may also be rented from the museum. Museum does not have table linens for rental.
